引言
GB/T2423系列标准包括了环境试验及其严酷等级的基础信息,用于评定试样在预期的贮存、运输
以及各种使用环境下的环境适应性。在该系列标准中,每个文件分别介绍了一组试验和应用。
GB/T2423系列标准旨在为产品规范制定者和产品试验者提供一系列统一且可重复的气候、机械和综合
等环境试验,并包含了测量和试验用标准大气条件。
1981年以来,GB/T2423系列标准有50余项文件发布实施,现行GB/T2423标准文件48项,其中
40项采用IEC60068﹘2系列标准。现行GB/T2423系列标准组成部分详见附录A。
本文件描述了用于检验盐雾、太阳辐射、温度和相对湿度等环境因素对电工电子设备、零部件和材
料影响的模拟试验方法。金属材料受氯化物作用发生电化学腐蚀,有机材料受太阳辐射作用而发生光热
老化。腐蚀老化速率在很大程度上取决于试样所处环境的温湿度、表面含溶解氧的盐溶液分布、试样的
温度以及太阳辐射。
本综合环境试验通过组合盐雾、干热、湿热和太阳辐射等环境条件考察试样可能出现的失效现象。
湿热、盐雾与太阳辐射的同时加载能有效的模拟含盐大气与阳光同存时的腐蚀老化环境,干热与太阳辐
射能有效模拟强光状态下的老化环境,湿热与盐雾则模拟高湿、含盐大气的腐蚀环境。通过以上试验条
件的组合,最终考察电工电子设备、零部件和材料的综合防护及环境适应性能。
本文件描述的试验与大多数预期使用条件相比较是加速的。不同材料的加速并不一致,难以为各种
不同类型的试样建立一个综合加速系数。虽然综合试验的湿热、盐雾、干热和太阳辐射的环境条件能得
到控制,但是仍不能模拟实际使用的暴露条件,由此获得的是设备、零部件和材料的相对耐久性。尽管
如此,本文件所描述的方法仍是一种有效检验产品质量的方法。
