沥青路面水泥稳定就地冷再生应用技术规范

1范围

本文件规定了沥青路面水泥稳定就地冷再生的路况调查与评价、结构设计、材料、混合料配合比设

计、施工、施工质量管理与检查验收的要求。

本文件适用于各等级公路既有沥青路面水泥稳定就地冷再生工程的设计、施工和检查验收。城市道

路工程可参照执行。

3术语和定义

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

水泥稳定就地冷再生cementstabilizedcoldin-placerecycling

采用专用的就地冷再生设备,对沥青层与部分基层进行就地铣刨、破碎,或将沥青层部分或全部移

除后对部分下承层进行就地铣刨、破碎,同时添加一定比例的新集料、水泥和水,进行拌和、摊铺和碾

压,形成路面结构层的沥青路面再生技术。

3.2

沥青混合料回收料reclaimedasphaltpavement(RAP)

采用专用设备(如铣刨机或就地冷再生机)将旧沥青路面铣刨、破碎后所获得的旧沥青混合料。

无机回收料reclaimedaggregateorreclaimedinorganicbinderstabilizedaggregate(RAI)

采用专用设备(如铣刨机或就地冷再生机)将沥青路面基层或底基层铣刨、破碎后所获得的旧无机

结合料稳定粒料或旧无结合料粒料。

3.4

沥青路面回收料reclaimedmaterialsfromasphaltpavement(RMAP)

采用专用设备(如铣刨机或就地冷再生机)将沥青路面铣刨、破碎后所获得的旧路面材料,包括沥

青混合料回收料(RAP)、无机回收料(RAI)。

3.5

冷再生混合料coldrecyclingmixture

冷再生时含有沥青路面回收材料(RMAP)的混合料。

冷再生混合料级配gradationofcoldrecyclingmixture

冷再生混合料中沥青路面回收料(RMAP)与新掺集料的合成级配。

3.7

再生深度recyclingdepth

再生设备设定的铣刨深度,一般指原路面标高与再生层底面标高之差。

3.8

再生层厚度recyclinglayerthickness

再生层设计顶面标高与底面标高之差。

3.9

再生作业宽度recyclingoperationwidth

根据路面宽度与再生设备工作宽度最优组合确定的单机作业宽度。

5路况调查与评价

5.1一般规定

水泥稳定就地冷再生工程在实施前应对原公路等级、修建时间、路面结构、路面材料、养护维修历

史等信息与既有路面技术状况、交通流量、轴载分布等内容进行调查、检测和评价,验证采用水泥稳定

就地冷再生方案的可行性。

5.2资料收集

5.2.1原设计文件、竣工图等相关资料。

5.2.2运营期间的养护资料和路面检测资料。

5.2.3交通量、车辆构成、轴载分布和交通量增长率等资料。

5.2.4所在地区的气候、水文、地质、沿线筑路材料和环境条件等资料。

5.3调查与检测

5.3.1路面调查应包括但不限于道路基本信息、自然条件、管养信息、交通状况、筑路材料、排水条

件、经济参数等。

5.3.2路面检测宜采用自动化检测结合人工检测的方式,检测项目应包括路面技术状况、路面结构强

度、结构层完整性、筑路材料性能、路面结构参数和排水系统状况。检测要求与频率应符合JTG5210、

JTG5421的规定。
