1范围
本文件规定了红层软岩路基的勘察、设计与施工等技术要求。
本文件适用于各等级公路新建和改扩建工程。城市道路与林区、厂矿等专用道路可参考使用。

3术语和定义
JTGC20、JTGD30界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
红层软岩redbedssoftrock
泛指中生界三叠系、侏罗系、白垩系及新生界古近系和新近系的沉积地层,岩性为泥岩、泥质粉砂
岩、钙泥质粉砂岩及其组合等,以红色、砖红色为显著特征的软质岩。
3.2
预崩解处理Pre-disintegration
在用作路堤填料之前,将爆破或开挖出来的天然红层软岩裸露于大气、阳光和雨水中,通过自然或
人工的手段使其崩解的处理过程。
3.3
崩解料Disintegratedembankmentmateria
红层软岩经预崩解处理,消除其水活性,变成一种低液限粉质黏土或粉土,可用来作为路堤填筑的
填料。
3.4
碾压密实型红层软岩路堤Rollercompactedredbedssoftrockembankment

将红层软岩崩解料按合理的松铺厚度分层摊铺、耙压与破碎、碾压密实而形成的路堤。
3.5
断面封闭型红层软岩路堤Closedsectionredbedssoftrockembankment
又称包边路堤,即路堤中部用红层软岩崩解料填筑,坡面和顶面采用一定厚度低液限黏土封闭的红
层软岩路堤。
3.6
成层碾压型红层软岩路堤Layeredrolledredbedssoftrockembankment
将红层软岩崩解料与低液限黏土按水平互层填筑的路堤。
3.7
掺灰改良型红层软岩路堤Ashmixedredbedssoftrockembankment
在红层软岩崩解料中掺入一定比例的粉末状熟石灰,分层填筑、压实形成的路堤。
3.8
复合型红层软岩边坡Compositeredbedssoftrockslope
在红层软岩斜坡上开挖或填筑的人工边坡与自然边坡形成的复合型边坡。

5试验
5.1一般规定
5.1.1红层软岩按耐崩解性应划分为三类,应在野外识别基础上,按附录A要求进行红层软岩岩块的
室内浸水崩解试验,并根据24小时崩解情况按表1进行分类。

5.1.2初判具有膨胀性的红层软岩,应按JTG3430规定方法测试其膨胀性指标。
5.2取样
5.2.1用作路基填料的红层软岩,应在料场的不同部位取新鲜岩样,并做密封处理,且数量不少于6
组。
5.2.2用作路基填料的红层软岩以及与红层软岩路基相关的各类黏性土均应符合本文件5.3.3的试验
要求。
5.2.3红层软岩和路基填料取样及试验的其他事项应符合JTGE41和JTG3430的规定。
5.3试验项目与方法
5.3.1挖方路基边坡室内测试项目应按表2选择。
