本部分为GB5959的第1部分。

本部分等同采用IEC60519-1;2003((电热装置的安全第1部分:通用要求)}(第三版,英文版)。

本部分代替GB5959.1-1986((电热设备的安全第一部分:通用要求》与后者相比的主要技术变

化如下:

—其适用范围扩展到额定电压不超过交流3600V或直流5000V的第三电压区段的设

备;对这种设备的有关防护措施已在某些条款如触电的防护、等电位连接和维修工作中

作了补充;

—有关等电位连接的要求,已在GB5226.1有关条款的基础上作了重大的修改并列人单独的

条款;

—给出了有关电磁作用影响的一般防护措施;

—修改了有关技术文件的内容;

—增加了参考资料

关于工业电热设备使用中可能引起的非电类危险的附加内容可从欧洲标准EN746-1中获取(见

参考资料),该标准规定了工业热加工设备的电类和非电类的通用安全要求。

1.1范围

GB5959的本部分适用于工业电热装置,包括电压高达交流3600V或直流5000V的电热设备,

本部分为通用安全要求。

当本部分所述的要求与其他IEC出版物所对应的国家标准所述的有差别时,应确保同等程度的

安全。
