前言
本标准是将正在编制的国家标准农《田低压输水管道质量检验评定规范》与经过扩充修改后的水利
行业标准《低压管道输水灌溉工程技术规范(井灌区部分))(SL/T153-1995)合二为一而制定的。
本标准的附录A为资料性附录。
本标准由水利部提出并归口。
本标准起草单位:中国水利水电科学研究院、上海市水利排灌管理处、山东省水利科学研究院、福
建省水利建设技术服务中心、扬州大学。

农田低压管道输水灌溉工程技术规范
范围
本标准规定了农田低压管道输水灌溉工程的规划、设计、管材与设备的选择和安装、工程施工、验
收、运行及维护等的技术要求。
本标准界定了农田低压管道输水灌溉工程使用的术语
本标准适用于井灌区以及泵站扬水灌区和丘陵山区自流灌区中,每个系统控制面积不大于80h.'
的农田低压管道输水灌溉工程的建设与管理。系统控制面积大于80hm“的工程可参照执行。

术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本标准。
低压管道输水灌溉工程irrigationprojectswithlowpressurepipeconveyance
以管道低压输水进行地面灌溉的工程。其管道工作压力一般不超过。4MPao

管道系统进口inletofpipelinesystem
管道输水系统与水泵出水管出口的连接处,或自压管道输水系统的进水处。
3.3
地面移动管道groundportablepipeorhose
与给水栓连接,代替田间输水垄沟并可拆装、移动,轮流使用于不同位置的灌溉输水管道。

3.4
管道系统水利用系数wateruseefficiencyofpipelinesystem
设计工况下,固定管道系统出口流量与进口流量的比值
3.5
多水源汇流管道系统multi-flowconvergedsystem
两个及以上的水源同时以压力管流方式汇流的管道系统。
3.6
给水栓hydrant
向地面管道或田间毛渠、畦、沟供水的控制装置。
3.7
限压通气管pressureregulationtube
管内水面可随管内压力而波动,过高溢流,过低补气,具有限制管内压力过高和防止负压的功能,使
管道与大气连通的竖管
3.8
进排气阀airreliefandvacuum-breakvalve
充水时排除管内空气,充满时自动关闭,负压时能自动补气的阀门。
3.9
安全阀pressurereliefvalve
管内压力超出设定值时,能迅速开启、排出管中水流,从而限制管内压力过高,保证管道安全的
阀门。

泄水阀drainvalve
排空管道系统内存水的阀门

薄膜管plasticmembranepipe
与给水栓连接,向田间毛渠、畦、沟供水的塑料软管。

薄膜闸管plasticmembranegatedpipe
与给水栓连接,沿管长装有多个出水闸门的薄膜管。
4工程规划
4.1规划原则
4.1.1应收集掌握规划区地理位置、水文气象、水文地质、土壤、农业生产、社会经济以及地形地貌、工
程现状等资料;了解当地水利工程运行管理水平;听取用户对管线布置、运行管理等方面的意愿。
4.1.2规划应在当地农业区划和水资源评价的基础上进行;应与农田水利基本建设总体规划相适应,
做到因地制宜、统筹兼顾、全面规划、分期实施。
4.1.3低压管道输水灌溉工程建设,应将水源、泵站、输水管道系统及田间灌排工程作为一个整体统一
规划,做到技术先进、经济合理、效益显著。
4.1.4规划中应进行多方案的技术经济比较,选择投资省、效益高、节水、节能、省地及便于管理的方
案,并保证水资源可持续利用山区、丘陵地区宜利用地形落差自压输水。
4.飞5对特别重要的管道输水灌溉工程,在可能给环境造成不利影响时,应进行环境评价。
4.1.6水源水质应符合GB5084的规定。
4.1.7采用低压管道输水灌溉工程时,其机井应符合SL256-2000中4.2.10的规定;泵站的设备完

好率应符合SL255的规定。
4.1.8规划应与道路、林带、供电、通信、生活供水等系统线
