前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规

定起草。

DB43/T657-2021《地理标志产品安化黑茶》包括六个部分:

——第1部分:黑毛茶;

——第2部分:千两茶;

——第3部分:湘尖茶;

——第4部分:茯茶;

——第5部分:黑砖茶;

——第6部分:花砖茶。

本文件为DB43/T657—2021的第3部分。

本文件代替DB43/T571—2010《安化黑茶湘尖茶》。与DB43/T571—2010相比,除结构调整和编

辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:

a)增加了“保质期”内容;

b)修订了“安化黑茶湘尖茶”定义,增加了“天尖”、“贡尖”和“生尖”定义;

c)实物标准样由“每三年更换一次”更改为“每五年更换一次”;

d)增加了要求中“基本要求”内容;

e)理化指标方面,“非茶类夹杂物”指标由0.3%、0.5%更改为“无非茶类夹杂物”的要求,天

尖茶水浸出物指标由23%更改为26%,贡尖茶水浸出物指标由22%更改为24%、生尖茶水浸出物指标

由21%更改为22%;
