本标准规定了压力角为45。的圆柱直齿渐开线花键的M值(棒间距MR、跨棒距M.)和W值(外花
键公法线平均长度)的计算公式及极限尺寸表。
本标准适用于按GB/T3478.1《圆柱直齿渐开线花键模数基本齿廓公差》设计制造的压力
角为45。的渐开线花键。

模数为。.5至2.5mm、齿数10至100、公差等级为4至7级、基本偏差为H的内花键测量用量棒

5.2内花键齿形为直线的测量用量棒直径D.,棒间距的最大值M..“和最小值M.-,见表10至表

5.3外花键的量棒测量尺寸如下:
5.3.1模数为。.5至2.5mm、齿数10至100、公差等级为4至7级、基本偏差为h的外花键测量用量
棒直径D.,跨棒距的最小值M..。和最大值M-.二,见表19至表27,
5.3.2当外花键的基本偏差不为h时,其跨棒距尺寸应按3.3.2所列公式进行计算,也可按下式算出
差值△Mx.后,对表中的跨棒距数值进行修正。

5.5当实际选用的量棒直径与标准中所列的直径有出入时,其内花键棒间距的最大值Maim..和最小值
MR二二、外花键跨棒距的最小值Ma.丁。和最大值M,二。二,应按实际量棒直径进行计算。
6公法线平均长度w极限值

6.2当外花键齿厚的基本偏差不为h时,其公法线平均长度可按下式修正。
