前言
根据原北京市质量技术监督局《2018年北京市地方标准制修订项目计划》(京质监发〔2018〕
20号)的要求,编制组经广泛调查研究,认真总结工程实践经验,参考有关标准,在广泛征求意
见的基础上,制定本规程。
本规程为京津冀区域协同工程建设地方标准,按照京津冀三地互认共享的原则,由三地行政
主管部门分别组织实施。
本规程的主要内容是:1.总则;2.术语和符号;3.材料;4.基本规定;5.承载能力极限状态计
算;6.正常使用极限状态验算;7.梁板及板柱结构设计;8.抗震设计;9.构造规定;10.特殊预应力
结构设计;11.施工;12.质量验收;13.监测。
本规程由北京市住房和城乡建设委员会和北京市市场监督管理局共同管理,由北京市住房和
城乡建设委员会归口并负责组织实施,由北京市建筑设计研究院有限公司负责具体技术内容的解
