1范围

本文件规定了对矿用提升容器(罐笼、箕斗、平衡锤等)重要承载件进行无损检测的一般要求、超声

检测方法、磁粉检测方法、判定规则以及无损检测区域划分原则。

本文件适用于矿用提升容器重要承载件的无损检测。天轮轴及斜井串车提升连接件等类似装置

的重要承载件无损检测可参照执行。

本文件不适用于奥氏体型不锈钢、灰铸铁等粗晶材料。

提升容器的首尾绳悬挂装置、提升容器本体上的悬挂板等主要承受提升载荷的且与提升安全直接

相关的零件。

尺寸、形状、取向、位置或性质不满足判定规则的一个或多个损伤。
