前言
近年来,随着我国城镇化建设快速发展,集约、节约利用城市土地资源是市政基础设施建设的趋势
和方向。传统的城市工程管线建设模式所带来的诸多问题和弊病,已成为市政管线建设必须面对的问题。
国务院办公厅近几年陆续出台《关于加强城市基础设施建设的意见》(国办发【2013】36号)、《国务
院办公厅关于加强城市地下管线建设管理的指导意见》(国办发【2014】27号)、《国务院办公厅关于
推进城市地下综合管廊建设的指导意见》(国办发【2015】61)号等关于综合管廊建设的文件,国家计
划到2020年建成2000km的综合管廊,城市综合管廊建设已成为国家战略与政策。近几年,国内大中城市
已有大量综合管廊建成并投入使用,但是截至目前,仅发布了《城市综合管廊工程技术规范》
GB50838-2015。根据广州市质量技术监督局《广州市质监局关于下达2015年广州市地方技术规范立项项
目的通知》(建标[2014]189号)的要求,规范编制组经广泛调查研究,认真总结实践经验,参考有关
国际标准和国外先进标准,并在广泛征求意见的基础上,编制了本规范。
本标准的主要技术内容是:1总则;2术语;3基本规定;4基坑工程;5地基与基础;6钢筋混凝
土现浇结构;7预制装配式混凝土工程;8不开槽施工;9防水工程;10附属工程;11管道安装工程;
12电气工程;13智能化工程;14工程竣工验收。
本标准由广州市质量技术监督局与广州市住房和城乡建设委员会负责管理,由广州市市政集团有限
公司负责具体技术内容的解释。执行过程中如有意见或建议,请寄送广州市市政集团有限公司(地址:

1总则
1.0.1为加强综合管廊工程施工管理,规范施工技术,统一施工质量检验、验收标准,确保工程质量,
特制定本规范。
1.0.2本规范适用于新建、扩建和改建城市综合管廊工程施工及验收。
1.0.3如综合管廊兼具人防工程,除应符合本规范外,尚应符合《人民防空工程施工及验收规范》
GB50134。
1.0.4综合管廊工程施工与验收,除应符合本规范的规定外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。

2术语
2.0.1综合管廊utilitytunnel
建于城市地下用于容纳两类及以上城市工程管线的构筑物及附属设施。
2.0.2缆线管廊cabletrench
敷设于浅层地表,容纳电力电缆和通信电缆等简易管廊,设有可开启盖板,但其内部空间不能满足
人员正常通行要求,且不需配置照明、通风等附属系统,又称缆线沟、电缆沟。
2.0.3城市工程管线Urbanengineeringpipeline
为满足生活、生产需要的给水、雨水、污水、再生水、燃气、热力、电力、通信等市政公用管线,
不包含工业管线。
2.0.4开槽施工trenchconstruction
从地表开挖沟槽,在槽内建设综合管廊的施工方法。
2.0.5不开槽施工trenchlessconstruction
在地面下开挖成形的洞内敷设或浇筑管廊的施工方法,有顶管法、盾构法、暗挖法等。
2.0.6顶管法Pipejacking
借助于顶推装置,将预制管廊节段顶入地层中的地下管廊不开槽施工方法。
2.0.7盾构法Shieldtunneling
采用盾构机在地层中掘进,同时拼装预制好管片或现浇混凝土构筑地下管廊的不开槽施工方法。
2.0.8预制拼装precastbuild-up
在工厂内分节段浇筑成型,运至工程现场后,采用拼装工艺施工成为整体综合管廊的施工方法。
2.0.9现浇混凝土Cast-in-placeconcrete
采用现场整体浇筑混凝土的综合管廊的施工方法。
2.0.10投料口batchfeeder
用于将各种管线和设备吊入综合管廊而在综合管廊上开设的洞口。
2.0.11逃生口exits
用于综合管廊内工作人员遇到突发事件或灾害时逃生的通道。
2.0.12通风口Airvents
供综合管廊内外部空气交换而开设的洞口。
2.0.13管线交叉口Pipelinejunction
综合管廊主线与支线、主线与出线舱(孔)、支线与出线舱(孔)的交汇处。
