JB/T8905.1----1999

前言

本标准是对ZBJ19010—88的修订。本标准与被修订的标准在以下重要技术内容上有所改变:

1.齿轮精度由原标准的7级改为8–8–7级。

2.补充了减速器的实际传动比。

本标准是起重机用减速器系列标准的一部分,该系列标准包括:

JB/T8905.1—1999起重机用三支点减速器

JB/T8905.2—1999起重机用底座式减速器

JB/T8905.3—1999起重机用立式减速器

JB/T8905.4—1999起重机用套装式减速器

本标准自实施之日起,代替ZBJ19010—88。

本标准的附录A和附录B都是标准的附录。

本标准由全国起重机械标准化技术委员会提出并归口。

本标准起草单位:机械工业部北京起重运输机械研究所。

Three–pointsupportgearboxesforcranes

1范围

本标准规定了QJR、QJS和QJRS三个系列的斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器的型式、基本参数、尺寸和技术

要求。

本标准规定的减速器适用于起重机的各有关机构,也可用于运输、冶金、矿山、化工、轻工等各种

机械设备的传动机构中。其工作条件应符合下列要求:

a)齿轮圆周速度不大于16m/s;

b)高速轴转速不大于1000r/min;

c)工作环境温度为–40℃~+45℃;

d)可正、反两向运转。

3型式

3.1结构型式:QJ型减速器分为R型——二级、S型——三级和RS型——二、三级结合型三种,见

图1。

3.2装配型式共九种,见图2。

3.3安装型式:卧式W或立式L

在偏转角±α°范围内,为卧式安装,L范围内为立式安装,见图3。

注:α角的度数与传动比有关,当减速器倾斜α角时,应保证使中间级大齿轮沾油1~2个齿高深度。

3.4减速器为三支点支承型式,见图4。

3.5轴端型式:高速轴端采用圆柱轴伸平键联接,输出轴端有三种型式(见图5和表1):

a)P型:圆柱形轴伸,平键、单键联接;

b)H型:圆柱形轴伸,渐开线花键联接;

c)C型:齿轮轴端(仅名义中心距为236~560mm的减速器具有这种轴端型式)。

4基本参数与尺寸

4.1中心距

减速器以输出级中心距为名义中心距,其数值应符合表2的规定。

4.2传动比

减速器的公称传动比与实际传动比应符合表3中规定的数值,其极限偏差为:两级减速器不大于

±4%,三级减速器不大于±5%。

4.3齿轮基本齿廓

减速器齿轮基本齿廓应符合GB/T1356的规定。

4.4齿轮模数和螺旋角

齿轮模数mn应符合GB/T1357的规定(见表4)。

齿轮的螺旋角为9°~13°。
