起重机用立式减速器
Verticalgearboxesforcranes
1范围
本标准规定了起重机立式斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器(QJ–L型)(以下简称减速器)的型式、基本参数、
尺寸和技术要求。
本标准规定的减速器主要适用于起重机的运行机构,也可用于运输、冶金、矿山、化工及轻工等机
械设备的传动机构。其工作条件应符合下列要求:
a)齿轮圆周速度不大于16m/s;
b)高速轴转速不大于1500r/min;
c)工作环境温度为–40℃~+45℃;
d)可正反两向运转。

3.1结构型式:QJ–L型减速器为三级传动的立式底座式减速器。
3.2装配型式共有六种,见图1。

4.1中心距
减速器以输出级中心距为名义中心距,其数值应符合表1的规定。

减速器的公称传动比与实际传动比应符合表2的规定,其极限偏差不大于±5%。

4.3齿轮基本齿廓
减速器齿轮的基本齿廓应符合GB/T1356的规定。
4.4齿轮模数和螺旋角
减速器齿轮的法向模数mn应符合GB/T1357的规定,其数值见表3。齿轮的螺旋角β=12°。

4.5外形尺寸和安装尺寸
QJ–L型减速器的外形尺寸和安装尺寸见图2和表4。
4.6承载能力
4.6.1机构工作级别为M5的减速器承载能力应符合表5的规定。
4.6.2连续工作类型减速器的承载能力应符合表6的规定。这种工作类型的减速器推荐用于除起重机

以外的其他各种机械设备传动中。
4.6.3减速器输出轴端的瞬时允许转矩为额定转矩的2.7倍。
