旧水泥混凝土路面共振碎石化应用技术规范
1范围
本文件规定了旧水泥混凝土路面共振碎石化的路况调查及评价、结构设计、施工、质量检查验收的
技术要求。
本文件适用于各等级公路旧水泥混凝土路面共振碎石化加铺设计、施工和检查验收。城市道路工程
可参照执行。

3术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
共振碎石化resonantrubblization
采用专用共振破碎设备,将旧水泥混凝土板在接近其固有频率的条件下进行碎石化,并达到共振破
碎状态。
3.2
共振破碎状态resonantbrokencondition
水泥混凝土板经专用共振破碎设备碎石化后,顶部为粒径小于5cm的相对松散粒状碎块,其余部

分呈现为小于30cm的裂而不碎、嵌锁咬合的状态。
3.3
预裂技术pre-crackingtechnology
对共振破碎设备难以直接碎石化或难以达到的部位,采取其他工艺对水泥混凝土板进行预先破裂的
技术。
3.4
检查坑inspectionpit
为检查水泥混凝土板碎石化后的效果,进行相关试验而开挖的试坑。
3.5
应力释放槽stressrelieftrench
为释放破碎应力,在施工路段内对水泥混凝土路面切割开挖的一定深度的槽,以提供足够的膨胀空
间。
3.6
隔振沟isolationtrench
为减少水泥混凝土板破碎振动对建(构)筑物的影响,在公路两侧或结构物端部开挖的一定深度及
宽度的沟。

下列缩略语适用于本文件。
AM——半开级配沥青碎石混合料
PCI——路面损坏状况指数
5路况调查与评价
5.1一般规定
5.1.1实施共振碎石化技术前,应对旧路开展有针对性的调查分析工作,为设计和施工提供依据。
5.1.2旧路调查包括基础资料、技术状况、养护历史、交通状况、排水设施、气候、水文地质、沿线
设施以及环境条件等。
5.1.3应根据调查结果,对采用共振碎石化技术做出适宜性评价。
5.2资料搜集
5.2.1原设计文件、竣工图等相关资料。
5.2.2运营期间的养护、改扩建资料及路面状况检测资料。
5.2.3历史交通量、车辆构成、轴载分布和交通量增长率。
5.2.4所在地区的气候、水文地质和环境条件等资料。
5.3旧路调查
5.3.1应通过现场检测与室内试验等方法对旧路技术状况进行调查。
5.3.2应对旧水泥混凝土路面板底脱空状况、断板数量、破碎板数量、板块厚度、混凝土强度、换板
及修补等状况进行调查。

5.3.3应对旧路的基层材料及完整性、厚度、强度等技术状态进行调查。必要时,检测基层顶面回弹
模量、路基回弹模量及含水率等。
5.3.4应对旧路的排水设施及其使用状况进行调查。
5.4沿线设施和环境调查
5.4.1应通过相关技术资料调研和现场踏勘,查明路线范围内桥梁、涵洞、隧道、挡土墙、沿线构造
物等的桩号、分布范围和埋深;应查明距路面边缘10m内道路两侧的建筑物、构造物的桩号、分布范围
及结构状况等。
5.4.2应通过原有技术资料调研、现场踏勘、物探、坑探等手段,查明路线范围内的地上、地下管线
的桩号、分布范围、埋深等信息,调查管线的性质、技术状态及使用年限等信息。
5.4.3应调查旧路区域内的降水情况、地下水的分布、深度、水位涨落等情况以及调查临崖路段、高
边坡路段环境地质状况。
5.5适宜性评价
5.5.1路面技术状况评价应满足以下要求:
a)采用路面损坏状况指数PCI、平均错台量、接缝传荷系数三项指标,进行共振碎石化技术适宜
性评价。表1所列三项指标任何一项评定为次或差时,适宜采取共振碎石化技术;
