引言

为建立科学、统一、规范的物流仓储设备运维保障体系,规范设备在全流程中的检查与维护活动,

确保设备持续处于安全、稳定、可靠的技术状态,防范安全风险,提升运维效能,制定一套科学合理、统

一适用、可操作性强的检查与维护指导规范,具有重要的现实意义。

GB/T47935《物流仓储设备检查与维护规程》旨在确立普遍适用于物流仓储设备检查与维护的

通用技术规范,统一运维管理要求,拟由5个部分构成。

——第1部分:巷道堆垛机。目的在于确立适用于巷道堆垛机的检查与维护的基本要求、周期与

方法。

——第2部分:输送机。目的在于确立适用于输送机的检查与维护的基本要求、周期与方法。

——第3部分:分拣机。目的在于确立适用于分拣机的检查与维护的基本要求、周期与方法。

——第4部分:货架。目的在于确立适用于仓储货架系统的检查与维护的项目、周期及处置方法。

——第5部分:穿梭车。目的在于确立适用于穿梭车的检查与维护的基本要求、方法与性能验证。

制定本文件的核心目的之一,是解决当前我国物流仓储设备运维管理领域存在的突出问题。现阶

段,我国物流仓储行业在设备维护保养工作中,缺乏统一、系统的技术规范指引,存在维护项目界定不

清、维护周期设定不合理、操作程序标准化程度不高、运维质量管控体系不完善等问题。这些问题不仅

缩短了设备使用寿命,降低了运行可靠性,影响物流仓储系统整体运行效率,还增加了安全事故发生的

风险。鉴于此,亟需制定本文件,建立符合我国物流仓储设备运行特点和实际需求的检查与维护标准

体系,规范维护操作流程,提升运维效率与质量,降低设备非计划停机风险,合理控制设备全生命周期

运维成本。

在本文件制定过程中,充分结合不同类别物流仓储设备的结构特性、运行规律和运维需求,系统规

定了各类设备检查的项目内容、周期频次、检验方法,以及维护作业的操作规范、安全要求和质量控制

要点,旨在使设备的日常保养、定期检查和预防性维护等工作有据可依、有章可循,推动设备运维管理

由“事后抢修”向“事前预防”转变。本文件的实施,将进一步推动我国物流仓储设备运维管理的标准

化、规范化和科学化进程,全面提升设备的可用性、可靠性和安全性,有效保障物流仓储设备系统的高

效、安全、稳定运行,为物流仓储行业规模化、高质量发展提供坚实的标准支撑,助力我国现代物流产业

的转型升级。

第1部分:巷道堆垛机

1范围

本文件规定了巷道堆垛机在使用过程中检查与维护方面的基本要求。

本文件适用于立体仓库内使用的巷道堆垛机,包括防爆堆垛机和冷库堆垛机。

检查inspection

为确定巷道堆垛机状态和功能是否正常而进行的一系列工作。

注:检查分为日常检查、定期检查和特殊检查。
