引言

我国作为起重机械的生产和使用大国,塔式起重机在长期使用后难免会出现结构件腐蚀、磨损、机

构失效、电器元件老化等问题,从而带来一定的安全风险。若直接淘汰这些设备,不仅会造成资源的巨

大浪费,还会产生大量废弃物。因此,发展塔式起重机的再制造产业显得尤为迫切和重要。

目前,虽然我国塔式起重机行业已经涌现出专业的再制造商,一些大型生产商和租赁商也具备了

一定的再制造技术和能力,但整个再制造产业尚未形成规范化、规模化的运营格局。特别是缺乏统一

的标准和规范来指导和管理塔式起重机的再制造过程,这严重制约了产业的健康发展。

再制造技术作为一种实现废旧产品有效再利用的重要手段,对于减少资源消耗、降低环境污染、节

约能源以及减少温室气体排放具有显著意义。它不仅有助于推动可持续发展,更是循环经济和低碳经

济不可或缺的核心组成部分。

本文件旨在制定一套科学合理、具有可操作性和经济性的通用技术规程,为塔式起重机再制造商

提供明确的指导和规范。通过统一技术要求和方法,确保再制造产品的质量安全,进而推动塔式起重

机再制造产业的健康发展。我们期望通过这一规程的推广和应用,为我国塔式起重机再制造产业的繁

荣和进步贡献力量。
