1范围
本文件规定了代料栽培杨树桑黄的栽培场地、栽培季节、菌种生产、栽培培养料配制、装袋灭菌、
菌袋接种、菌丝培养、出菇管理、病虫害防治、采收和档案管理。
本文件适用于湖南省内杨树桑黄代料栽培。

3术语和定义
GB/T12728界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
代料栽培Substitutecultivation
木腐型食用菌以前采用段木栽培法,代料栽培是指利用木屑、棉子壳、秸秆等为主料,添加一定量
麸皮、米糠等辅料配制成培养基,代替段木栽培食用菌。
3.2
转色Colouring
桑黄菌袋菌丝生长到一定阶段,由代谢产生色素而使表面变成棕黄色的过程。
4栽培场地
4.1场地条件
菌种、菌袋制作场地环境条件应符合NY/T528的规定。水源充足且符合GB
