引言
新型干法水泥生产技术是以悬浮预热预分解技术为核心,利用热力工程、粉体工程、流体力学等现
代科学理论和技术,并采用计算机及网络化信息技术进行水泥生产的综合技术,其成套装备由各相对独
立的工艺系统设备组成,主要包括原料破碎均化、生料制备、燃料制备、水泥窑协同处置、熟料烧成、
水泥制备、除尘、脱硫、脱硝、过程控制、包装发运等系统设备。
目前我国水泥装备单机设备及技术已经达到国际先进水平,但基于系统解决方案的成套设备在面向
用户的服务方面亟须规范支持。随着国内水泥成套装备出口及工程总承包规模扩大,成套装备的系统性
标准需求也逐渐增强。制定新型干法水泥成套装备标准的目的在于完善面向用户的水泥成套装备标准体
系,为水泥工业高质量发展提供技术支撑,更好地引导行业向绿色低碳、智能制造等方向发展,同时支
撑我国水泥成套装备出口。
本文件用于处置水泥生产过程中含硫烟(废)气,实现对烟(废)气中SO2的脱除,以保证达到大
气污染物排放标准。本文件的制定为水泥工业绿色低碳高质量发展提供技术支撑。
GB/T35150拟由七个部分构成。
—第1部分:生料制备系统。目的在于规范新型干法水泥生产成套装备中生料制备系统的装备构
成、技术要求、安全环保要求、安装验收、调试和性能测试及交货文件。
—第2部分:烧成系统。目的在于规范新型干法水泥生产成套装备中烧成系统的装备构成、技术
要求、安全环保要求、安装验收、调试和性能测试及交货文件。
—第3部分:水泥制备系统。目的在于规范新型干法水泥生产成套装备中水泥制备系统的装备构
成、技术要求、安全和环保、安装验收与调试、性能测试及交货文件。
—第4部分:水泥窑协同处置系统。目的在于规范新型干法水泥生产成套装备中水泥窑协同处置
系统的系统装备构成与性能指标、技术要求、安全和环保、安装验收、调试和性能测试及交货
文件。
—第5部分:除尘系统。目的在于规范新型干法水泥生产成套装备中除尘系统的装备分类、构
成、技术要求、安全和环保、安装验收与调试、性能测试及交货文件。
—第6部分:脱硫系统。目的在于规范新型干法水泥生产成套装备中脱硫系统的装备分类、构
成、技术要求、安全和环保、安装验收与调试、性能测试及交货文件。
—第7部分:脱硝系统。目的在于规范新型干法水泥生产成套装备中脱硝系统的装备分类、构
