直流低电阻表检定规程
1范围
本规程适用于0.05级一5级的直流模拟指示式和数字式具有毫欧、微欧或更低量程
的直流低值电阻测量仪表(以下简称低电阻表)的首次检定、后续检定和使用中的检
验。
本规程不适用于交流低电阻表的检定。

使用本规程时,应注意使用上述引用文献的现行有效版本。
3概述
低电阻表是具有毫欧、微欧或更低量程的低值电阻测量仪表,可测量线圈的电阻、
导线电阻、接触电阻、焊接电阻及铆接电阻等。仪器一般采用四端连接方法,以消除接
触电阻和引线电阻的影响。
常用的低电阻表的基本原理是使恒定的直流电流通过被测电阻,然后测出此电阻两
端的压降,再折算成电阻数值并直接从表头上反映出来。
常用的低电阻表由恒流源、电压采样处理单元及指示(显示)等部分组成的,其原
理框图见附录A,还有采用其它原理的低电阻表,如快速二次采样比较法的大电流低电
阻表和电压比的低电阻表等。
